My god am I out of shape!  Ouch it hurts today. Took it easy on the slopes and focused on "technique", which means trying not to fall down.  Actually David is a great teacher.  Massage after skiing is fantastic.  I even resisted pulling my hot massage therapist onto the table with me. Crazy?

First day of skiing for the season!  Finally.  At Whistler with friends, snow is pretty good and I seem to remember how to do it.  Expect to be sore tonight.

Oh yeah, with the dollar down, everything is expensive here!

Entertainment doesn't get more surreal than this and look really bad in a dress at the same time.  She's letting her back hair grow so that she can doante it to people with cancer ("canker" as she pronounces it).  Truly bizarre and truly hiilarious... even Joyce Dewitt is a big fan.

Went to my MD today.  In less than 30 minutes, I was checked for strep throat (yes I have it) and got a prescripion filled.  I think a vending machine could have done this, no??? (1) insert credit card, (2) rub swab in throat, (3) put swab in slot and (4) retreive antibiotics from dispenser.
