FrontPage: the server "" timed out

Problem:
Using FrontPage 2003 or MS Web Expression, the error the server "" timed out occurs when trying to open a subdirectory on a FrontPage-enabled web, which has a webbot include file.

Solution:
The webbot include file contained poorly formatted HTML.  By renaming the files, even if they are immediately renamed back to the original file name, will break the webbot link and allow you to open the subdirectory.  You will need to correct the HTML in the include file for the pages to function correctly.

Configuration:
Windows Server 2003, IIS 6, FrontPage Extensions 2002

One correction: you cannot name the file back to its original name until it's been opened in FrontPage. This breaks the webbot link.
